A statement by researchers of cardiovascular disease says that your life is extended when you own a dog. A study which constituted 3.4 million people reveals that dog owners have 33 percent less risk of deaths occurring because of cardiovascular diseases and the chances of heart attack in them minimizes to 11 percent.
The simple reasons behind these improvements are an increase in physical activities of owner and improvement in their social contacts. Previous studies show that people residing alone usually bear higher risks of cardiovascular deaths. People who let their dogs help them socialize is a positive contribution to appreciating them.
